A hydration drip is fluid and electrolytes with B vitamins, delivered straight into the bloodstream. For someone who is eating and drinking normally the benefit is small, and we would rather say that than oversell it. It is most worthwhile when heat, sun or alcohol have left you properly depleted.

Do I actually need a hydration drip?
If you can drink and are not unwell, probably not. It is a fast correction when you are depleted, not a medical necessity, and we will tell you so if you ask.
